SCAM and FRAUD John Taylor of BCS Offshore Funding and Matthew Mok of BCS Singapore are nothing but an advance fee fraud.

They claim to be able to lend hundreds of millions of dollars but HAVE NOTHING.

They produce fake proof of funds and use an attorney called PHILLIP ANDERSON based in Stirling, Scotland to front the scam proof of funds. They are all in it together.

JOHN TAYLOR (SCAMMER) has robbed hundreds of thousands of dollars from my clients in the US and South America.

He draws out the procedure using his lies and deceit. Use obtains paperwork from genuine companies to back up his FRAUD.

FRENCH POLICE have ARRESTED HIM, INTERPOL are investigating, so are the FBI.
