Still have not received my device

My name is David Bardes. I requested an EZ-Pass system on sept 8th. The organization plan claims that I ought to have obtained my system in 7 to 10 times. I named about the 10th time after I still hadnot obtained it plus they stated organization plan claims 7 to 10 days, however many instances consider 10 to 15 days. I named about the 15th time, the sixteenth, the seventeenth, the 18th, and also the 19th times and daily they explained, tomorrow. After I named about the 17th day, they explained I ought to obtain it-no later compared to 19th day. Well nowadays may be the 19th evening but still no EZ-Pass. After I named nowadays, they explained wait until friday, which is the 21st time. I'd prefer to understand why I've needed to delay such a long time and just why I'm constantly being lied to from the workers of EZ-Pass as well as why they are able to name 7 to 10 times on the site when obviously 20 times is a lot more like it. I'm super dissatisfied using their support and want to be repaid.
