We had a homeowner claim for ice claim from winter, they are holding $11,000. They stated the contractor got paid for materials but they won't release the money til the work is complete. We had to fire the contractor. Now Greentree willl not release the money. Now we have to pay for everything since all the contractors want half down and don't want to wait. It takes Greentree weeks to process anything in their claims dept. They act like this is their money and they don't care. They are very rude. I also get harassed if not paid by the 1st even though i have until the 16th of the month. I can fgo on and on. I am filing a complaint against them.
