Russell Hearl promised to provide our company with a bank guarantee from a top 25 bank and get us a loan with it, We wired $500,000.00 to Toni Hardstone, with Commercial Escrow Services and we were told that if we did not receive the insrument in 21 business days our money would sent back. We have not seen Russell Hearld, the bank guarantee or our money since. We went to the authorities and a warrant was issued for his arrest in Georgia and he is now a nationwide fugitive. This man is a master con artist. He lives in luxury hotels and steals money from victims. He says he has bankers who do all these sophisticated loans but he only took our money and has run off. Watch out for him. He is from Houston Tx. But lives in San Diego.
