Gave my money to someone else

Wells Fargo Bank required $400.00 dolloars from my bank account and offered it to another person! On Pad 1st. And can not put it in my bill.

This Is Actually The second-time it has occurred within the last six monthes. That point it had been $900.00. I eventually got my cash back. But it got them thre months to provide my cash back.

Now it's haapened again. I actually donot understand basically can get this $400.00 back they arnot really supportive The Department supervisor simply keeps offering me telephone numbers to phone which gets me no-where!
