I had 2 loans and i was mis-sold loan protection on both occassions, to which i put in for them to re-emburst. From 2003 upto 2006 i wrote and phone them about this. They finally agreed to emburse me the sum of 4,930.32 which they said would be paid to me by cheque, Which i never received.
I then received a letter saying if i agreed to it they would take it of the outstanding debt which i agreed but they still are asking for the full amount of 11,000 plus, which means they didn't keep to there word and deduct the money of the outstanding amount, i have tried to get them to sent me the money to no avail, even my solicitor has had no luck with sorting this mess out, if they want the full amount i would like them to pay me the refund they owe me.
As a disabled woman i really could do with the money to make my life a lot easier,
