This is the second home that my husband and I have put a bid on and have yet to hear from Bank of America. The first time we applied for a loan through BOA and our paperwork was lost and the BOA rep. Who was working on our application quit and did not tell anyone.By the time all was said and done the home was taken off the market and then put into auction starting bid at 143,00 yet there have been no takers. How sad that the house was listed at 159,000 and I was offering 150,000. It seems that they were willing to let the house just sit and that's precisely what it's doing. The second house still has a bid on it, yet we are waiting for the bank to agree on a short sale price. People wonder why no one wants to do business with BOA, as a consumer their customer service skills are quite lacking. I say to anyone out there that is getting the runaround w/BOA or is trying to work with them and they are not even attempting to start complaining. Write letters to the corporate offices, to our legislature, our congressman, hey even go local with our newsstations, mine is WRAL, here in NC. Someone eventually will start to pay attention that ignorance is not an excuse.
