Loaded an expired money card

I packed $1000.00 to my card to cover my trip to vegas plus they explained my card was terminated and they couldnt put it to use. I want the cash back or placed on another card of quarry or perhaps a fresh one fed-ex to vegas a.S.A.P. I've no money due to that
