Sierra Tax Service Ripped me off for $495, Was very rude when i called to ask why, They charged a fee and told me my refund would be an amount that that was greater. They kept my information as far as w4s, w2s and SAG card.
Their answer to this problem was." We have so many customers, we dont need to deal with you." " You must be broke, or you wouldnt care about the money." I asked for a refund of the $169 dollar fee. At least a partial refund, and they laughed.
