Scam can't reach them by phone

I have the card and the catalog but i miss place the order form that were sent along with it and

I try to con tact the company but thereis no telphone number to call on the the card or the catalog.

Itryed looking for it on the internet but it doesn't list it. So i want let everyone else know what happen to me and i sent the 43. Oo for rush service
