I named the customer service division wedesday about 3:30 pm. Spoke to jackie i believe since i talked to 2 people who evening. I was told when i did so not pay my bill that was $18.31 promptly it'd cost me $18.31 and perhaps $1. Oo. That truly made me upset, one it was the very first time i had been going to be late and that i have already been a person since 1989. I informed the individual that i had been speaking with that you had been thives, that's stealing money from people and closed my account. She stated if you'd paid your bill promptly you'd not have this issue, she was and it is rude and she was a superviser, she must respond to the client that was me in a better way. The individual that closed my account is the main one i am currently talking about. I believe you'd need to keep an individual like myself giving a grace time in the place of losing her bussiness due to your ridicolus plan.
