Ripoff! I sent them money for catalogs to be mailed and never got catalogs at all. Can't contact anyone in the company

I received a letter in the mail promising extra income instantly with their work-at-home business. This business consisted of folding and stuffing catalog letters into envelopes.

I sent 159.00 to put myself in "income group 5 with a earning potentail of 3,500.00 a week." It's been two weeks and I did not receive any "supplies."

I want to know if there's a way to get my money back and is anyone going to be punished for these fraudulant advertisements
