Ripoff fraud all lies

I recieved a letter in the mail stating that i was approved for a $5,000 credit limit for a platinum credir card. It had a slip on the bottum for me to return in the envelope and asked for me to also send a deposit of $43.00, which I did. It has been two weeks and I have not yet recieved anything in the mail regarding my account statis.
