I took a Loan from Emerald marketing for 200, with a fee of 60. I was not informed on how to make a payment. So they debited 60 dollars from my account once every 2 weeks. When i decided to check to see how much they had taken the amount was much greater then the loan and fee itself!
They would take money at times when i didnt have enough to cover the transaction, so therefor i had to pay overdraft fees. For the 260$ i borrowed i ended up having to pay 740$ (what they debited, over drafts) i found this out i called my bank and had them stop payment to Emerald Marketing.
And now their calling my work harrasing me to set up payments for the 260$ when i told the represenative my account was negative, i didnt have my debit card (why would i? My account was negative. I left it at home) I had just payed rent. Electricity and water was due a week later. Id much rather have a roof over my head then pay this b.S. Rip off scam.
Now they send emails after i told the represenative to stop harrasing me at work. Im fed up with this. The way i look at it is they debited 400 dollars from my account. Thats that. No more.
The mafia Wouldnt even charge this much for a LOAN.
I would LOVE to have the money that i now feel they OWE ME. Sure, lets just keep takin this guy's money and make a profit of 400 bucks on a 200 dollar Loan. Makes sense?
