I've been paying my bill on line for some time with next card.
For the past week I have not been able to pay it on line or get a hold of a real person.
They tell me that my account is not a valid account, but, yet, I can not reach someone to talk to.
I now have a late fee due to not being able to contact them.
I've never had a late fee on this card and I almost have it paid off. They keep jerking my bill around.
