Ppl is a fiscal management company which pays attendants for healthcare for VA medicaid for the elderly and disabled. I always have an issue with them. If i fax over a timesheet they find problem after problem to not pay and dont notify you until the checks have been paid making you wait another 2 weeks and besides that they do the same with paperwork they give you a packet and when you fill it out and return it again they find problems to prolong the process. I have submitted timesheets and packets the exact same way each time but each time the rules change and take you through a whole bunch of problems. My aides have had to wait months to get a paycheck. I really wish va would change who manages our accounts. Ppl is horrible and the customer service is worse. When you have a problem you are on the phone forever and each rep will tell you something different. I really hope my son gets better soon so we dont have to deal with the hassles from ppl and payment for aides. The medicaid program is terrific i am very thankful for the edcd waiver its public partnerships who is the problem.
