He has no assets
He has no references of substance related to work of any kind
He has had his home foreclosed
He has had his car repossesed
He has no assets
He owes tons of creditors and has numerous obligations he cannot and will never pay
He failed at his attempt to manage his own finances and that of the construction company he ran into the ground over a one year period.
Do a credit check on this individual and learn the truth
For cryin out loud do not give him anything!
