I never saw a company like this, i switch my merchant service to this company one and half year ago with three-year term. And right now i want to switch to other company so i ask them the termination fee. I know they do not want me to leave because we have a lot sale amount monthly. They send me a letter with $9555.00 fee for cancellation. You know how crazy is it. After then i still using their terminal for one more week. I want to keep this account open and just pay them monthly minimum fee until this agreement is over. What happened is they withdraw more than $4000.00 from my account within three time charge against my account. I argued with them and asked them to return that back to me, they said this amount is in reserve in case i cancel my account in the future and refused to refund that. So i went to my bank to block this s*t company from access my account. One week later they withdraw $1500.00 from my bank again use different company name because they have all info about my company. And right now i have file a dispute against the amount. Never use this s*t company everyone. Otherwise you will lose your money at all. I am thinking to go for lawer if my bank can not get my money back.
