This firm contacted members of my family such as uncle's and cousin's with claiming their phone numbers were on my prior credit applications. This is a blatant lie as I myself do not even know my families (uncles & cousins) phone numbers! In addition they contacted my family on Sunday which I believe is also considered harassment in Michigan. The were very rude on the phone and hung up on me several times. I will be filing a harassment suit against these very rude and unprofessional debt collectors. This firm is a joke right down to their hours of service.
