Full Circle Financial has not paid commsions to agents in Our agency since dec. They are under Federal Medicaid or Medicare monies to be paid. Complaints have been filed under Waste, Fraud and Abuse for not paying agents earned commisions. The State of Wi.insurance Commision has been notified on state jurisdictions of non -payment of commisions. DO NOT do business with Full Circle Financial
