As everyone else, I was stupid and authorized Imperial Benefits to debit $279.00 from my account on Dec. 3 to pay for a credit card with a limit of $3000. And of course I never received the card. I have called the company many times and at first they promised that the card was on the way.
After never receiving the card I requested the money be returned. I was told to return the "benefits package" and my money would be returned. I did this and when I called back for my refund I was told that the 30 day money back gaurantee was up and I could not have my money back. I found that funny because I had never received the card. So I tried to file a dispute with my bank and they refused. So I am out the money.
