Ameriquest shut our mortgage before qualifying people. Which should have now been our first idea. The largest scam was overvaluing our house by double the total amount! We were informed we didn't possess a prepayment fee and there it had been... 3 months funds if settled before 3 years. 3 years later no back might contact people to get a refinance because of being way overvalued. Today we were caught within our mortgage. They'd frauded many more and went under where period our mortgage visited CitiResidential subsequently to the present National House Mortgaging Maintenance, Inc. Or AHMSI, Inc.

We'd not be having any issues if this scam wouldn't have occurred to us. This rip-off occurred in Oct. Of 2004.
We require the worthiness to become put-back to unique price and obtain financing for 2% to maintain our house.
