I have been receiving crazy call from different numbers... Sometimes they leave a voice mail sometimes they don't. I answered the number today and they started in on me that there was a lawsuit that had been filed and such. I gave in to them for a while because they knew important information... Such as address, ss#, birthdate... Told me if I didnt pay they law suit would be filed in California and I live in Louisiana...
I repeatedly told them IF I owed the money I would pay but they needed to wait till my payday... Very insistant and RUDE... Right before I gave them my information to bill me... I googled USA Cash Advance and was hit with 15 sites about this being a fraud... Told them I would have to call back... They gave me the number 650-425-1020 and the name Eric Foster, John Bennett and Sam??? When I called them on it being a scam they hung up on me.
