I ordered a share of Harley for a Christmas gift back in December. They did not send the correct merchandise and when I contacted them via email and telephone the guy with the cartoon voice assured me he would send me the correct items. I contacted him about 10 times over 7 months and each time he said he would send it out the very next day - BUT HAS NOT.
Thankfully I used AMEX and they will be charging the fee back to them. I am very disappointed in their service.
