I too received a letter and decided to send $43.00 for rush delivery. I sent in for the card because it made it sound like a major credit card and then I get the card and it is for some stupid merchnadise that they supposedly sale. I looked the comapny up on the web and after reading all the complaints, I realized that I have been scammed.
