#1 Discount Tax Return Service accepted my return but it was rejected by the IRS. The error code provided stated that the address and zip code did not match.
I checked every address in the report against the zip code directory found on the internet, and then I printed the report so I could check it again. However, the submitted report was again rejected with the same code.
#1 Discount offered a help service, for a price, which I decided to use.
After submitting my question for help, the answer was received in my e-mail but I had to provide a payment before I could read it. When I had entered my payment and read the answer I found it to be the exact wording as found in the code explanation. No help at all. But payment had already been made.
Since there is absolutely no way to reach a representative of #1 Discount Tax Return Service, I felt cheated and I still required help.
When the problem was finally resolved, I discovered that the submitted forms did not always match the printed forms I had in my hand. What had happened? No wonder I had problems.
My experience with this service has left me feeling cheated and angry. I probably will not trust an on-line tax service again.
