Beware!!! Chase bank includes a glitch within their paybill program, and pursuit doesn't possess the balls to fix their fuck-up.
I settled three bills through their pay bill program. Cox conversation, tucson electronic, and southwest gas. I delivered "just one" cost total each. Pursuit delivered two payments to tucson electric and to southwest gas. Because of the double obligations, our payment to cox was refuse for insufficient funds.
You'd believe that pursuit might stop the double payment by themselves because it was their fuck-up. But no, i'd to contact the utility firm's myself and ask them to pay me among the double payments for every.
Also because of their fuck-up and also the insufficient funds, pursuit does send you a contact through your account. Nevertheless, although they provide you with the choice to response, they don't have one to read the response. Do they tell you this? Obviously not. Which means you answer let them know, about the second try to stop the electronic transaction for the next statement you're trying to pay for, but cant, because of chases fuck-up in over-paying other utilities as well as the insufficient funds. Therefore while there is nobody to see the response a next attemp to pay the bill is created and undoubtedly it fails do to insufficient funds. Theregore pursue the peice of shit lender it's, costs you $6 for that failed efforts. You call them, but obviously chases again will not fix their fuck-up.
Therefore the moral of the tale, due not pay your bills through chases online pay bill program. It's a peice of shit program and pursuit doesn't have any balls to repair their fuckup program or do they worry about their clients. You arte better-off getting a greater lender.
