Do not do business with this company. There business pracices are extremely shady. They pay unlicensed loan originators in cash under the table. This company goes by 3 or 4 different aliases Northbay Realty & Loans, HP Investments and Rantissi Group to name a few. They are located in Rohnert Park California. You have been warned!!
