This rip-off happened in March and extended for more than 1 year having a company named Paralelles with my business charge card business, Pursuit. I adopted the process that had provided me to challenge the cost. 2/12/07 - I named Pursuit and quit a voicemail asking about the dispute 3/3/08 - I received a letter from Chase stating that my dispute was rejected since I didn't have sufficient paperwork. I'd delivered whatsoever they requested for but was re-charged. I named Paralelles and was attached to Taze, who managed their payment who submitted a contact they obtained from PayPal declaring the chargeback. She stated it had been out-of her fingers which the resources were being kept. I talked with Laurie Aguero from Pursuit and sent her the e-mail from PayPal per her demand. I also informed her that I had been not supplied any kind of support and didn't signal something to verify the cost on my card. 3/8/08 - I questioned the cost once more 3/14/08 - I obtained a notice from Pursuit seeking all info. I talked with Juan Gonzales from Pursuit to be certain that I had been delivering that which was required to complete this. He assured me that it had been adequate. 3/24/08 - Chase sent me a notice declaring that PayPal was keeping the retailers resources and wouldn't launch them. 4/3/08 - I approached the vendor, being Paralelles and was informed "Evidently PayPal claims it had been solved." 4/7/08 - in The demand of Bob Tiberio from Pursuit, I sent a notice of difference towards the conflicts department. I named Pursuit on 4/22 and 4/28. Our challenge was refused again. 6/08 - I finally sent the Leader of Paralleles, Linda Coughlin, hoping of having some form of quality within this issue. Being that I had been NEVER supplied any kind of support or closed something to confirm the cost. Her reaction was "If we'd nothing authorized, we'd not need gained the challenge!" I asked her to supply me with evidence that I authorized and approved this cost and also have not noticed from her since. No telephone call, no mail, nothing! Used to do not signal any agreement with Paralleles or did I delay 5 times to stop as Linda mentioned in my experience in her mail aswell. I named 24 hours later to stop, nicely inside their 2-day cancellation plan (this plan isn't available on their website). Used to do not sign up for these providers online at their website. I offered my info towards the repetition. From their business within the phone. PARALLELES didn't supply me with any support and that I didn't buy something from their website in November 0f 2007.
