E TRADE Horrible customer service, little knowledge, disregard for my time, high charge for bank wires. My money was trapped!

I wired in money which was immediately received. I was later asked to fax my SSN and driver's license. They have no office in Houston so I felt uncomfortable but they had already frozen my account so I had no access to it.
I was informed that I either sent them the information or close the account. I opted to close the account because the agent had very little knowledge of my account of their services. It was so bad they could not find it and kept on bringing up an account that I had in 2009 and was never used. I was speaking to what sounded like a 18 year old who was either reading on his side. Finally he found it and told me He needed to sell the stocks. I said yes please. That was a Friday and I waited until Monday to follow up since I had read on this site they had horrible customer service.
Monday comes and I call. Once again they cannot find my 2011 but only my 2009. Finally, they find it after me explaining everything again. (They seem not to place any notes on your account). Rep says I had to close the account. I tell him I already requested that. He tells me I have to speak to a Trader. Trader speaks with me and sells my stocks.
Trader says to call back Thursday. I receive an email that my stocks were told that Monday. Call Thursday... Have to go through all the info again since they have no clue what is happening and 2009 account shows up over and over again but not this one. Tell me I have to close account. "I did already... Twice".
Finally says will receive money in 2 working days which should be Wednesday due to Memorial day. I call Wed because by this time I know it will not be done until I push. Call again and rep says it has not gone throug because of Memorial day backup. He takes my bank routing number and says 2 working days.
Wait till Monday and speak to another rep... No knowledge of my account or notes. Explain everything again. She tells me the money has not bee wired to my bank because the routing number for wires is different from the normal one. (Prior rep took my number and never said anything). I need to give her a APA routing number... So I hang up to call the bank (She said ETRADE had sent me an email but my account had been frozen for over 10 days)..."By the way" she says, "It will cost you $35 dollars". So I had to pay the bank $25 to wire ETRADE. Paid 10 per transaction=$20 and then had to pay $35 for ETRADE to transfer to my bank plus $12 that the bank charge. I lost $100 in less than 1000. They had my money trapped for 2 weeks. I had to place 11 calls. They never informed me about the transfering fees. I was running in circles. Outdated information. Told me lies like saying they were closing accoung just to find out I had to speak to a trader in order to do that. Extremely frustrating not to be able to go to an office or have people write notes in you account. 11 times and they still came up with the old account.

Huge rip off!
