AHEB Investment Group has no business being in the Financial Services industry. They cannot perform and scam project owners out of upfront due diligence fees. They do not have any banking relationships as they claim to have. We have verified this.
They will continually mislead and misrepresent the project/client, week after week, regarding their project approval letters. There will never be any approval letters because AHEB Investment group has zero connections. They don't even have the Investors to put up any of the collateral.
The key to their whole scam is that when you sign their asset management agreement, they make sure you know that it is your responsibility to cover the interest of the project loan. Which, if a client had that in the first place, they wouldn't this fraud company, AHEB's services.
The compensating loan balance program has been around for a long time, and no one is this industry has ever heard of a project actually funding. So why even call it a program. It is worthless!
Anyways, investor and project owners beware! Run from AHEB Investment Group as fast as you can!
