Ripoff

I received a collection letter from North Shore Agency for $19.95 for a Surfing Magazine that I never ordered or authorized. This was my second letter and being inexperienced I sent $20.00 cash to this company in the envelope provided in Jan. 2004.

Now I am requesting a copy of my original order form from the Surfing Magazine, otherwise not a penny more.
