Named to obtain info why I don't be eligible for the HAMP mortgage loan modification
Barbara stated my Mortgage Loan Modification was rejected
I requested Why? What particular cause or factors?
Barbara said I ought to get a notice that'll inform me the reason why.

Barbara wouldn't provide me-any titles or amounts of anybody at Bank of America that I really could keep in touch with regarding my software.
