Everything negative that was stated so far is 100% true. I have personally contacted 30 clients and they all have the same basic story. They paid 40% of their credit card balances to this "law" office to have their debts settled and they are all being sued. MANY have lost already and had to file bankruptcy. So sad. The FBI, FTC, California Bar are all aware and an investigation is under way. Herb Davis will go to jail, no doubt about that.
