After i registered for this assistance theway they breakdown payment to get a year was 8.95 monthly for annually. Little did i understand i had been charged for your full year in advance. I had been furious and immediately called to cancel to get a reimbursement. Obviously used to do not receive any information or use the service and according to instructions to end needed to call customer service each morning. I talked with customer service and was informed couldn't receive a full refund but they might obtain a partial refund but needed to have a more affordable strategy. I told him i had been upset with being charged for your full year beforehand and desired to cancel and obtain a reimbursement. I had been told the full refund wasn't possible and repeated exactly the same partial refund and other strategy. I stated soon after i noticed the entire cost i named my bank and put an end payment and am obtaining a fresh card to guarantee since i ended i don't get any more charges from mylife.com. I instantly stated since you've put an end cost i will no longer give you something. Even when my claim against them is refused, i'll tell everyone i understand my experience with mylife.com. Therefore buyer beware no way to reimbursement.
