Earlier this year I called MyLife.com to sign up for an account over the phone. Somehow this company signed me up for 2 accounts with almost the same email address and began double billing my debit card. When I called them to clear this up, they claimed that I had signed up for their service on line and I had not signed up on line.
Why would someone create two accounts with the same information twice anyway.? Even when speaking to a supervisor, the only refund was for one amount of $27.90 when they actually owed me $83.70. As far as I am concerned, this website is a total ripoff and don't sign up with them either by phone or online... You may be charged a whole lot more and they will not budge as far as the old saying "the customer is always right!".
