Total lack of respect for long standing customers. 1-2-3 Rewards Mastercard issued. Credit score is 820. My account always has lots of cash. I own my home. I have had my employment for 23 years. The interest rate is supposed to be based on "CREDITWORTHINESS" I was given a higher interest rate. Customer service can not explain. I was put on hold and transferred 3 times. No one will explain this decision. I can explain it. It is called false advertising. I cannot trust US Bank, but you can trust me: I will move my money. And here is a question: why bother to advertise for new customers if your goal is to drive them away???
