Suntrust has frequently been pressuring me to "opt-in" for overdraft protection. I've repeatedly REJECTED this present. Although examining my checking account online, I came across that on 4/28 & 5/5, Suntrust added NSF costs against my consideration, initial at $25 & then $36. I submitted an internet criticism but Suntrust will not change these costs. I'll be shutting the consideration in a few days. I also submitted a Federal Reserve criticism in the following link and might motivate others to document aswell. Based on Federal Reserve Guidelines, the customer should accept "opt-in" for facility protection, the financial institution can't get it done with no accountholders permission.
