CONSUMER CREDIT RELIEF, RICARDO CASTRO, www.CONSUMERCR.com Consumer Credit Relief / Ricardo Castro debt settlement company ripped me off to the tune of $3240 over 7 months

I guess I am just echoing the other posters here... I'm sick to my stomach... If ANYONE knows how to recoup the unauthorized fees from this scumbag, PLEASE HELP US...

Found them on the web and they said they would contact all of my creditors, keep them at bay, and settle with them for an average of 50 cents on the dollar.

Started paying Ricardo Castro and his scam of a company, Consumer Credit Relief, monthly on what I was told would only be $59.99 / month. Meanwhile my creditors continued to call daily. But though it was being "HANDLED" by EXPERIENCED ATTORNEYS as this is precisely what I was sold on through the sales rep., Ricardo Castro.

After getting hounded by creditor calls and summons letters in the mail, I present these documents to Ricardo Castro and asked him why they have continued to press me over 6 months later as I was told they already agreed to settle for the agreed upon amounts.

This turns out to be all a lie and deceitful act. I later found out that Ricardo Castro and his scam of a company, Consumer Credit Relief never even contacted a single creditor and was too busy padding his pockets with my money.

So he proceeds to tell me that a large chunk of my monthly payment to him is for services and fees, plus a $59.99/month fee, so I have basically paid "him" $3240 over 7 months, and he and his illegitimate company have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME...

So then I ask him, what if ALL my creditors sue me? And I have to make payment to them ALL??? Where's the money that was supposed to be put into an escrow account? Do I still have to pay you? Do I get my money back? He not only didn't give me any answer but abruptly disconnected our call. Ever since then I've been trying to reach him only to receive failed responses on his phone or email messages.

This scrupulous scam artist Ricardo Castro hosed me deeply and I have now lost $3240 in addition to the relentless creditor lawsuits I'm now facing.

He completely lied about the legitimacy of his services and I'm certain there are other victims that Ricardo Castro has hosed and bankrupted.

I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general, NY Consumer Affairs Division, local police and everyone I can think of to make sure he is shut down for good.

My single line of heartfelt advice... Avoid this scumbag ricardo castro and consumer credit relief like the plague...
