First National Bank Of Omaha
Breach of Fiduciary Duty / Wilfull Misconduct

I've simply been offered documents from an attoney addressing FNB Omaha in a little states issue regarding my CREDIT bill. This consideration was included in Unempl0yment and D & D Insurance and was a that I had been prepared to purchase provided the intended and apparent derivable benefit. Within the a long time that I settled this regular charge which included my regular declaration, I thought that I had been "included " in case of the private monetary or medical disaster.

After I became unemployed, I required the insurance benefits types from FNB Omaha; stuffed them out and submitted all suitable and supporting paperwork to start my unemployment insurance state. A month later, I had been calling for an update and was surprised bya rude CSR who required some prodding to complete her work (s) in verifiying my prior work! FNB Omaha had my paystubs, my unemployment detemination, copies of my unemployment assessments and my insurance form which had my preceding companyis tackle/telephone/site info. Not just did they not contact my employer, these were educated of my employeris plan that the Confirmation of Work might need a "charge". I had been informed from the CSR from FNB Omaha that spending a few dollars to get a confirmation wasn't a practical choice for them-and consequently, my state was summarily ignored.

Obviously, I immediatley shut out my consideration and terminated the insurance. I'm currently being prosecuted for break. Although I'm ready to protect my situation with vitality, I'll also follow every other steps, to incorporate a-class-action suit to offset this problem on my account. Must I shed my present situation in courtroom, FNB Omaha is likely to be stymied by my failure to pay for this debt since actually, I continue being unemployed, which in fact I will show with 100% value.
