John Crandall is a person to stear yourself away from in all aspects of mortgage servicing, including but not limited to, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, property preservation, etc. He has purposefully hurt a lot of good people, both those who worked with him and the clientelle he services. John is a man that is not to be trusted and it is sad that he is a Vice President in the Mortgage Servicing industry. People deal with John because they have too, not because the want too. Many have said that he is unprofessional in his actions and deeds. It is time for people to speak up and show the negative influences of this man. Do yourself a favor, if John contacts you, or one of the people who work with him, decline his calls and don't work with him. He's a deeply troubled person and has hurt a lot of good people in his wake.
