They don't actually do anything. They say they will negotiate with your lender to get you the best deal possible, but loan modification terms are set by federal guidelines with no room for negotiation. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the AZ Attorney General Consumer Protection Office and I encourage anyone else who's been duped by these frauds to do the same.in the letter I received in response from Dan T., the company Principle, he compared EM Lynch to Dominos Pizza. NO JOKE, I wish I could attach a scan of the letter to this review. He says you can make you're own pizza or order from us. These guys are so delusional they actually believe they are a legitimate company. Sorry Dan, Dominos actually delivers what they advertise. If you want a scan of the letter I received send me a reply.
