A $3,000 check was deposited into the ATM. They have absolutely NO record of it and since it caused my account to go into the negative, they are charging $33 fees and DECLINING the transactions!!! In the past two weeks, they have charged me $885 in these fees! It's absolutely RIDICULOUS! Horrible bank! The bank manager 'Regina' is a complete MORON! She doesn't even know basic math and she's the branch MANAGER!!! DO NOT open a bank account at charterone!
