On April 7 Judge James W. Brown of the Santa Barbara Superior Court released an Order RESTRAINING Offender Henry Liang and Offender David Deutsch, and people performing in-concert together, from revealing private data of plaintiffs or removing or changing same.

Concurrent using their movement, plaintiffs submitted case for Break of Agreement, Fiduciary Responsibility and Misappropriation against Offender Henry Liang and Offender Steve Deutsch.

Plaintiffs claim that Offender Henry Liang performed improper conduct towards two female affiliates, including comments of the erotic character; Offender Henry Liang also utilized organization resources to go to a strip-club with Offender David Deutsch and afterwards experimented with write off the expenses to plaintiffs as reliable business costs. Offender Henry Liang also experimented with deceitfully entry company resources by educating the Business's sales department to matter him a $1,500 check, more than his designated healthcare insurance.
