BEWARE OF THE APPRAISEL SCAM $375 You will get prompt service, your calls will be answered, and are returned... Until the appraisel is done which will be low balled, If like in my case they will send someone out that is not from my area, when asked how many appraisels he has done in my area you guessed it no call back. Now for over a month I can't get the rep are his boss to call me back. The appraisel came in $30,000 less than tax estimate which makes all the things they have promised melt away. THIS IS A RACKET BEWARE!!! Like others I will make sure no matter how many times they change there name they are found out. Scam scam scam
