Unknown was from an email someone attempted to access your account twice in the last two days we need to get info

I am attaching a copy of the email i received. I did go to the site but was stopped by norton security program indicating a fraudulent site close site.in as much as the bank that the credit card is from was one of the banks that had some of their information hacked leaving a lot of people with little or no security on their accounts.
