Email Led to Fraudulent Site Blocked by Norton Security

I am attaching a copy of the email I received. I did go to the site, but I was stopped by Norton security software, which indicated a fraudulent site and told me to close it. The bank that issued the credit card was one of the banks that had some of their information hacked, leaving a lot of people with little or no security on their accounts.
