I began my employment with Vipsoftware LLC in Jan. 2011. That's when I met Micheal Galagher, and Larry Sisk. They said they had recently acquired Vipsoftware and that I would begin working with them.
They told me they had purchased a controlling share in the company from Christine Arpon. After a month or two, the relationship between Ms. Arpon and Mr. Galagher began to rift, a argument ensued and Mr. Galagher was removed from the office by security, as I understood from Mr. Galaghar.
Vipsoftware continued to operate for a couple of weeks following the incident, during which at this time I was still fully employed by Vipsoftware. Mr. Galaghar and Mr. Sisk turned out not to be the owners of the company and had failed to fulfill their contract.
