They first tell you they will refund your new, but defect lens. But after having exchanged 7-10 e-mails with them concerning the needed documentation and getting the defect lens checked at the authorized supplier (paid USD 120 for that) they just STOP ANSWERING your mails, as if you did not exist. Looks to me as if they stop answering you the moment they realize that they actually have to give you a refund.
