On November 17th I conducted a transaction through E-Bay with the seller hotrodpartsonline1, doing business as Enhanced Concepts.
I bought a used tail light lens being advertised as a lens for a 1996 Cadillac Seville, which is the car I have.
After I received the lens I discovered it wasn't for a 1996 but a 1992, The 1992 lens is clearly marked by the manufacture as a 1992 part, its also much bigger than the 1996 lens.
Enhanced Concepts refuses to answer any of my e-mails asking for a solution to the problem.
This is a quote from their auction "NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS AUTHORIZED. RETURN SHIPPING OR WARRANTY CHARGES/REPAIRS ARE RESPONSIBILTY OF CUSTOMER."
It clearly suggests I could return the item if I could contact them for Authorization
