I actually donot understand if this is actually the proper community but I'm somewhat hopeless at this time and am gripping at straws today.

For nearly 8 weeks I went through heck with BOA reps simply looking to get my software through! Though I supplied ANYTHING they requested for, throughout the first a few months I noticed nothing about my software. Then after my repeated calls, they started informing me again and again that possibly they never got my files, these were "imperfect, " or I had a need to revise them.
Every time I'd re-deliver the required files via FEDEX Return Receipt Required AND OBTAIN THE RECEIPT BACK. And So I subsequently published my Senator and that I published Mark Moynihan, Leader and President of BOA. To his credit, within 1 week Mr. Moynihan had a repetition contact me for details. And within fourteen days I obtained my fresh Mortgage Loan Modification present/Contract. I closed the Contract/deal and delivered it back. In improvement I also required a notice from Mr. Moynihan's workplace declaring that I'd been AUTHORIZED for that fresh mortgage, that we obtained via FEDEX.
I've the brand new mortgage/contract and also the authorized notice in my own ownership around this writing.
Consequently I've been spending my new mortgage amount under this contract since August.

I can not get ANY good or reasonable solutions from BOA repetitions since whenever you contact them, one Department NEVER appears to understand what ANOTHER Departmentis are doing!!! So when one Department creates anything inside your document, another Department DOESN'T HAVE IDEA WHY, or what this means
